School of Network Security

The School of Cybersecurity currently has three majors: Information Security, Cyberspace Security, and Network Engineering. There are over 600 students and 28 full-time teachers, with 57.1% holding senior professional titles and 85.7% holding doctoral degrees.

We have key disciplines at the municipal level, first-class majors at the municipal level, and a municipal level scientific and technological innovation team. We have established multiple high-level educational and research platforms, such as the "Nanjing Cyberspace Security Training Base" and the "Jiangsu Province Information Industry Enterprise Joint Research and Innovation Center for Police Big Data".

Undertaking more than 50 national key research and development programs, national science and technology funds, and other projects, the discipline leader has won the National Science and Technology Progress Award twice and the ministerial level Science and Technology Progress Award multiple times.

The college adheres to the concept of engineering education certification, strengthens the talent cultivation characteristics of "practical experience oriented, scientific and technological innovation oriented, and practical application oriented", cultivates high-quality applied practical talents, and ranks among the top in terms of employment rate and employment level in the whole school.

Awarded as an implementing unit of the "Special Action Plan for Industrial Information Security Talent Training" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and an excellent supporting unit for the "Cybersecurity" national exercise.
